Annually, on December 1st, vehicle operating rates are published that will be in effect for the upcoming year. <br><br>Most Industry Operating Agreements and Accounting Procedures in effect today endorse using rates published by the PMTA to bill vehicle costs for Operator owned vehicles. <br><br>Vehicle Operating Rates for 2008 will be available on December 1, 2007.
