Annually, on December 1st, vehicle operating rates are published that will be in effect for the upcoming year. <br><br>Most Industry Operating Agreements and Accounting Procedures in effect today endorse using rates published by the PMTA to bill vehicle costs for Operator owned vehicles. <br><br>Vehicle Operating Rates for 2009 were mailed on December 1, 2008.
